Cut. Fold. Roll out. Ink on glass. Ink on rubber. Ink on metal. Ink on canvas and paper. Pull back. Wipe up. Roll out. Fold. Repeat.

The works shown here are the products of a practice that has been intensively woven, unpicked, and patched together. A range of printed media describe the generative nature of the studio and workshop, with each subsequent work retaining traces of the previous one. The varied surfaces, from ink saturated canvas to photographic works on paper, are further imbued with meaning through the printed processes involved in their creation. This awareness of the processes applied to the works has allowed for cross pollination and expansion between practice and studio, studio and workshop and so on, with the works being informed as much by their materiality as their subject matter. By working in this reactive, accumulative manner, the processes at the heart of this practice are pushed to their limits, resulting in works that both question and contribute to the nature of contemporary printmaking.
